College of the Fine Arts is the first college in the field of arts at the University of Sulaimani. This college was established for the first time in 1998. From the beginning to the moment this college has only plastic art department which consists of three branches such as Painting, Sculpture, and Ceramics. The College of the Fine Arts came into being as a historical necessity for achieving several special goals related to cultural identity in general and arts in specific.
